Wonderful staff! Had an issue inside room and it was handled immediately, apologeticaly....first class service from EVERYONE who works here. Nice and quiet, NO PAPER THIN WALLS!!. Great location! Every type of shopping one can need while traveling within 3-5 minutes as well as within walking distance. Drinkable coffee, free and fast wifi, plenty of cable channels. Pet friendly and YOUD NEVER KNOW pets are here. Clean! I travel all over the country for work, have experienced the whole gammet. Kenniwick LAQUINTA is TOP NOTCH! Thanks to all who work here.
Hello, I just want to THANK La Quinta Inn & Suites for the Stupendous service I received! Very friendly, polite and helpful service! I was on a hunt to find a Hotel who reserves their pool service/event room for my 2 children’s birthday party and they delivered! Event room was a good size and pool was fun! On their website they have not updated the website since remodel, so my husband was sad there was no jacuzzi but overall great service! Manager was really flexible and accommodating! Receptionist I wish I would have gotten their names but they were very friendly staff! Thank you for great hospitality and for making my children’s birthday party an enjoyable experience! I hope to see you guys in September again!!!
5 stars are only available otherwise it would have been more! Great staff, a very clean hotel with an A++ hotel breakfast! Far beyond the type hotel breakfast. Would highly recommend and if in the area again would stay…..as a WR member with privilege, was presented a small token of appreciation. This was the cherry on top!
Pleasant experience beginning with the amazing Thomas who checked us in to the front desk clerk taking a family picture for us. Every staff member we met had a smile and greeted us. The room was very clean. We would definitely return
Seal on refrigerator is off, coffee pot is missing one of the feet, so it tips, the blind chords are broken off the wall, holes in the bathroom wall, and some of the wall board coming off around the shower. Mattress had our feet higher than our heads and the pillows sucked they were flat and hard. No luggage rack which in the era of bedbugs is a huge no no. On the flip side, the room was clean and the staff are excellent. Continental breakfast looked amazing and the lobby is very clean and welcoming. Hallways are nice and clean stairs and elevators too. The grounds are very nice and they were very welcoming of our pets. When they say soundproof rooms they mean that other than doors closing couldn't hear a thing. We'll definitely stay here again just might bring my own pillows.
My stay was in okay. Three issues. The A/C & or heater wasn’t working. The shower had mold The walls were not thick enough to mask noise from neighboring rooms. The positive. Breakfast was good.
Really great room, nice and clean, and quiet. The morning staff member Thomas was amazing, he was super helpful and on the ball. Breakfast was not until 7AM but was out and ready an hour early. He deserves a fat raise Thank you Thomas Highly recommended for weary travellers.
